Terry C. Smith, President & Principal Broker
Terry C. Smith is president of the corporation and the firm's principal broker. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Tennessee, with his primary focus on the Greater Middle Tennessee industrial marketplace. After college, Terry began a career as an industrial real estate appraiser. During this time, he performed market comparisons, analyzed sales and leases, and dealt with numerous commercial brokerage firms. In 1986, he joined Charter Development Company as an industrial specialist. He has been involved in countless sale and lease transactions involving millions of square feet of industrial properties over the last 40 years.
Terry is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He holds a BBA degree in finance with a minor in marketing and management.
